Are you an Islington-based voluntary or community organisation? Would you like to make a positive impact in Islington? Could your group or organisation do with some extra funding? Apply for Islington Council’s Community Chest! The closing date for the next round is 25th September 2023.
ICCC is a small, flexible and relational grants funding programme for Islington’s voluntary and community sector. The funding is provided through a partnership between Islington Council and Cripplegate Foundation which administers the fund. The main priorities of the fund are to:
There are three ICCC application rounds each year. Funding of up to £5,000 a year is available for voluntary organisations that work with Islington residents who are experiencing poverty and/or isolation.
To apply your organisation must have a turnover of less than £100,000. Priority is given to organisations with a turnover of less than £50,000. Organisations may only apply once a year whether a previous application was successful or not.
Applications for Islington Council’s Community Chest are considered by a Panel made up of Islington Councillors, Cripplegate Foundation Governors and members of the Islington Community Network.
