Saffi Jones joined the board in January 2023 and is Chair of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee.

She has worked for non-profits for 15 years, in collaborative project management, operations and fundraising, including a local arts co-operative, global emergency response preparedness, and as a Trustee for an international youth empowerment NGO. Growing up in inner-city Liverpool and also living for some time in Bradford, Saffi feels happiest in richly diverse places, and has made Islington her home for the last 10 years. She has two children in primary school in the borough and has a passion for the arts and their power to transform people and society – she loves her amateur acting class and to write and read poetry in her spare time.
