Fiona Au joined the Board of Governors in July 2024, and is a member of the Finance and General Purposes Committee.

Fiona has extensive experience in Multi Asset portfolio implementation within the Asset Management industry with Aviva Investors and AXA Investment Managers.  She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and qualified Chartered Accountant.

She came to Islington as a student and has over 20 years serving as trustee and volunteer in Islington Chinese Association.  Fiona is passionate about reducing inequality.  She is a member of the Aviva Investors Ethnicity Working Group, and volunteers in a number of cross-company mentorship programmes including 30% Club Mission INCLUDE and CFA UK Mentoring programme, supporting talents through their career journeys.
