Anna-Marie Tomm

Anna-Marie Tomm joined the Board in July 2024 as an Advisor, and is now a Governor of the Board and a member of the Finance & General Purposes Committee.

Anna-Marie formerly lived in Islington and is an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and data scientist in the technology team for a hedge fund. She has volunteer experience including employee volunteering through ELBA (who work with us on the BIG Alliance), mentoring other minoritised female students in STEM, and mentoring refugee students.

Before joining Man Group as ESG Data Scientist in July 2022, she worked as a ESG Data Specialist at Bloomberg for two years. Anna-Marie helped to develop the BBG industry specific ESG equity scores. Prior to that she was in the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance global data team.

Anna-Marie began her career in 2018 with Munich Re, as part of the data science and innovation team, her bachelor thesis was sponsored by Munich Re.
She holds a BSc in Econometrics from Ludwig Maximilian’s University Munich. Additionally, she holds two MSc degrees from HULT Business School (MSc International Business & MSc in Business Analytics).
