The course provides a practical framework and skillset to develop effective and genuine interpersonal connections.  The course is very down-to-earth and looks at the realities and challenges of work settings. There is time for discussion of the many benefits and challenges of working relationally and of how to work safely and responsibly. The training is also an excellent opportunity for people to share their work situations with others and find support, inspiration, and knowledge from peers.

Three dates are available for this one-day course – 10th February, 10th March or 7th April:  please only book on one date. Places are limited and will be offered free on a first come first served basis. Each training day is run in a group of up to fifteen people.  Please ensure that no more than three people from one team / organisation book on to the training to ensure a cross section of Islington services can benefit.
