The deadline for applications to the third 2018/19 round of Islington Council’s Community Chest passed at 12 noon on 21st January 2019. 

Organisations working to benefit the community in Islington, with annual incomes of less than £100,000, and which have not applied in the last year, were able to apply for a grant of up to £5,000.

Over 60 organisations are funded through the Community Chest annually. These smaller organisations are an integral part of the network of support and community infrastructure in Islington, and this programme offers an opportunity to celebrate and bolster this work.

We thank all organisations that applied in this round, and look forward to reviewing their applications. Announcements of successful applicants will be made in March/April 2019.
